At our notary's office you can grant powers of attorney, have notarial records drawn up, take your Spanish nationality oath (jura de nacionalidad) and legalise documents for international use.

Formal authentication of signatures and documents so they take effect outside Spain: Apostilla de La Haya (Hague Apostille) for member countries, or diplomatic/consular legalisation for all other countries.
Documents to provide
Original document to be legalised or an authorised copy
DNI/NIE or passport
If it is a private document: signature certified by a notary
Sworn translation if required by the destination country

Certification of signatures or issuing of the necessary copies beforehand
Guidance on the correct route (Apostille or Consulate)
Processing with the Colegio Notarial (Association of Notaries) or MAEC (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) where applicable
