Document issued by the financial institution or lender certifying that the debt has been repaid in full.

Copy of the deed creating the mortgage to be cancelled, with the registry details.

Identity document of the property owner for signing the deed.

Bank's power of attorney

In cancellations of bank mortgages, the bank's authorised representative provides their notarial power of attorney to sign on behalf of the bank.
